Data we process
This website is primarily informational. When you use the contact form or email us, we may process your name, email address, subject, message and any other information you choose to provide. The form service temporarily processes your IP address to limit abusive submissions and sends Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise a verification token and technical data such as your IP address and user agent to detect automated interactions.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to answer enquiries, handle requests relating to the association, activities, vehicles or filming, and maintain any necessary correspondence. The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Retention and recipients
The form microservice does not store messages in a database: it sends them directly to ARCA’s mailbox. Data is retained in our email for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Temporary anti-abuse data is deleted automatically. Our hosting and email providers and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise may process the minimum data required to provide and protect their services under the relevant safeguards. We do not disclose data for other purposes unless legally required.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability where applicable, by writing to associacio@arca-bus.org. You may withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The website contains links to social networks and other third-party sites. ARCA does not transmit data to those services until you follow a link; from that point onwards, the destination site’s policies apply.
