This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on www.arca-bus.org.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website may store on a user’s device to remember information about their visit. They may be necessary for a service to function or, with consent, be used for purposes such as analytics or advertising.
Cookies and technologies we use
ARCA does not use first-party cookies, analytics or behavioural advertising. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to prevent automated submissions. When the form loads, Google may use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical browser data to determine whether an interaction is legitimate. This processing is limited to protecting the form against fraud and abuse.
Local storage
The website does not store preferences or identifiers in the browser’s localStorage or sessionStorage. Visual features, such as the homepage carousel, work without retaining information between visits.
Third-party links
Links to social networks and other websites do not set cookies unless you follow them. When you visit these services, the third party may apply its own cookie policy, over which ARCA has no control.
Provider and further information
reCAPTCHA Enterprise is a service provided by Google LLC. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If we introduce analytics, embedded videos or other non-essential services in the future, we will update this policy and implement any consent mechanisms required by law.
