Tuisa vs. starter engine & Casas vs. gearbox

Published by Lluís Cuesta on

Our Tuisa had to go to pass the periodical MoT, but it would not start. The starter engine was quickly replaced by a spare starter we kept on store. However, it would not work because the problem lied in the contact key circuit, as we concluede when we by-passed this circuit by setting up a starter button direct to battery using one of the passenger stop request buttons.

The Casas was the other bus drawing our mechanic’s attention. Mr. Joan Cols created joints for the gearbox lids as well as for the tacograph sensor reduction box. Good job!
